Why isn't there a self-serve plan?
Pheonix's value comes from configuring the right URL inventory, the right cadence, and the right reporting cadence for your team. We do that work as part of onboarding, not after the credit card clears.
Do I pay per finding?
No. Pricing is by network size and cadence. We don't profit when there are more violations.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual prepay is approximately 15% lower than monthly equivalents.
Who owns the evidence?
You do. Evidence records are yours, exportable on demand, retained for the term of your contract and any post-termination retention period required by your jurisdiction.
